Your information stays yours.

When you request a discovery call through our form, we collect:

• Your name, work email and company name
• Your phone/WhatsApp number and any message — only if you choose to provide them
• Your business type, approximate monthly revenue band, biggest challenge and the service you're interested in
• Which button you used to open the form, and how you first arrived during that visit: the page you landed on, the referring website and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link

We don't ask for, and please don't send, sensitive personal information.

We use your enquiry to respond to you, arrange and prepare for a discovery call, and understand which of our services fits your needs. Campaign and referral details help us understand which channels bring us enquiries.

Based on your revenue band and chosen service, the form suggests a next step (booking a call or joining our insights list). This only changes what is shown to you — you can always request a call by emailing connect@thirdprinciple.co.in.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

If you allow it in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure which pages and buttons are used and whether an enquiry was submitted. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and processes device, browser, approximate location and usage information.

Analytics never receives your name, email, phone number, company, or form answers. Google signals and advertising personalisation are switched off. Until you accept, the Google Analytics script is not loaded.

We always store your cookie choice in your browser (local storage) so we don't ask again. If you accept, we also remember how you first found us — the page you landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags — in local storage, so an enquiry made on a later visit can be credited to the original source. If you decline, this is kept only in memory for your current visit. Either way it is only sent to us if you submit the form.

You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

We use a small number of providers to run this website. They process data on our behalf:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery
• Supabase — secure database where enquiries are stored
• Google — Google Analytics (only with your consent)
• Our scheduling tool, if you book a call through the embedded calendar
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there

Where we use a CRM tool to manage enquiries, your enquiry may also be copied into it.

Our providers may process data on servers located outside your country, including outside India.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics account.

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are written to our database only by our server; the database is not publicly readable, and access is limited to Third Principle Consulting's founders. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Depending on where you live — for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the EU/UK GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete your information, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance.

To make a request, email connect@thirdprinciple.co.in. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
